Troy's passion to real estate is only rivaled by his love for his wife and 3 beautiful children. Wollongong born and bred, 37 years ago, the oldest of three children, Troy grew up in Balgownie. While he was studying economics, Troy made one of the most rewarding decisions of his life that was to join the family real estate business. Being a forth generation real estate agent, his Grandfather having started business in the early 1900's.

After four dedicated years he had stamped his mark on the real estate industry and was made a partner in the firm. At the age of 22 he was the youngest Director / Partner of a real estate firm in Wollongong. For the next 15 years Troy and his father, Bob, successfully made the company an icon within the Illawarra real estate market.  Over the past 18 years Troy has been highly involved in residential development having personally project managed and marketed over 110 projects. For many of his clients this has been a full service involvement from sourcing the site, architecture and associated consultants to development application and construction certificate stages, fitouts and colour selection, building tenders through to the final marketing of the finished product.

His success in this facet of his career is reflected by his broad developer base some of which have been developing exclusively with him for 17 years. Troy has been awarded numerous industry awards over his career and is focused on providing the optimum outcome for every client he deals with. Troy's success can be attributed to his personal style of client service, knowing the needs and desires of all the people he comes in contact with.
