Residential Management Services Director, Licensee in Charge

A life long resident of the Illawarra, Bob was educated at Mt St Thomas Primary School & Wollongong High School.

After 8 years service with the then Department of Customs & Excise, Bob commenced his real estate sales career in July 1979 in Warilla. He later transferred to Residential Property Management in 1987 managing properties in almost every suburb from Albion Park to Austinmer since then. Bob has gained great experience with the workings of the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal, having established a good rapport with senior members of the Tribunal.

Bob completed 14 years service as Senior Property Manager at MMJ Dapto on 3oth June 2010 before transferring to MMJ Residential Management Services in Wollongong as the Manager & Licensee in Charge, overseeing, assisting and mentoring our great team of property management professionals.
