Our Sydney office currently has a number of vacancies for experienced real estate professionals:
Valuation Director - Senior and experienced self starter required to run MMJ Sydney's Valuation Division. The candidate must have a proven track record in either mortgage valuations on behalf of leading financial institutions, or has extensive experience and capability in the REIT sector. This is a senior Director position in a rapidly expanding real estate group.
Town Planner- MMJ already possesses a strong Town Planning capability as a consequence of assignments it has previously undertaken, and continues to perform, for some of the country's largest corporations. This role is for someone to work closely with their Town Planning colleagues in our Canberra and Wollongong offices and to develop and grow the Town Planning capabilitiy for the Sydney office. Dependent on the experience and qualifications of the candidate, this role could be at Director level within the Sydney business.
Office Leasing Executive - MMJ Sydney Leasing Division requires a leasing executive. The candidate needs to be self motivated, a team player who is coachable and has a passion for property. Prior experience is not essential.
