The company, which offers apprenticeships and traineeships, will take 2,771 square metres for a gross rate of $525 per sqm. The building is owned by Malaysian-owned Citadin.

MEGT has leased the ground level and floors three through to six. Quay Street is also home to some of the University of Technology, Sydney's buildings, including the business and law facilities. Cameron Algie from our Sydney office negotiated the lease.
