Experienced Heritage Buyer secured for former Bulli Courthouse & Police Station

Last week MMJ Commercial agents Tim Jones and Travis Machan negotiated the sale of the former Bulli Courthouse & Police Station on the Princes Highway at Woonona. The property was set to be sold at auction on the 2nd May, however, fell short of the reserve price despite participation from a number of bidders on the day.

The agents reported an above average number of enquiries and inspections throughout the marketing campaign, with numerous parties remaining interested right up until exchange of contracts.

In the end it was a local developer who eventually snapped up the property with plans to restore the buildings and continue their commercial use.  The developer has a successful track record with acquiring heritage listed property and restoring them to useful commercial and residential properties without sacrificing their historical features.
