A total of 30 years continuous experience in the local real estate industry. In particular, 18 years experience in the disposal, valuation, auction and consultancy of commercial and industrial real estate on behalf of clients primarily located in the Illawarra and Sydney regions.
Commenced employment with Martin Morris & Jones Pty Limited in 1974 as Residential Salesman. Transferred to Head Office in 1980 as Commercial/Industrial Salesman, and soon thereafter appointed Company Auctioneer and Head of Industrial/Commercial Department.
Became Managing Director in 1986.

Commenced at the Dapto Office in residential property management in 2002. More than 18 months later, moved on to Commercial / Industrial Sales in the current position in Martin Morris & Jones Head Office in Wollongong.
Tim studied journalism at Macleay College in Sydney immediately after school and graduated in 1998, with a Diploma in Journalism. He remained a Balgownie local resident until the age of 20 and then relocated to the northern suburbs of Sydney to pursue a career in the competitive field of journalism, after receiving a job offer from leading television broadcaster, Sky Channel.
After spending three years as a Director’s Assistant and, more recently, a producer at Sky Channel, Tim decided to move back to Wollongong to join the family real estate business, Martin Morris & Jones.

Joshua is the latest addition to the Commercial & Industrial Team and has been appointed to assist with the day to day activities associated with the Commercial & Industrial Sales & Leasing departments. Joshua is currently balancing tertiary education with hands on experience to give him the best possible platform for him to progress in the industry.
Joshua possesses a high level of computer skills and great interpersonal expertise. He is quickly learning the ropes and has proved to be a valuable addition to the MMJ team.

Phillip joined Martin Morris & Jones in 1973 and has developed broad real estate experience in all areas of real estate including valuation, residential and commercial management, residential and commercial sales.
Phillip is a registered Valuer, a fully licensed Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer, an Accredited Real Estate Specialist and an Associate of the Real Estate Institute. He has been actively involved in industry associations and served for 10 years on the local board of EAC Multilist.
Married for over 30 years, Phillip has 4 children and is actively involved in his community.
Currently a member and past President of the Corrimal Rotary Club, Phillip has also been involved in various roles with the Salvation Army Boys Legion, Scouts and Asthma Foundation.

Since 1993, Daniel Hastings has committed himself to establishing a real estate career in the Illawarra.
Working under the Martin Morris & Jones banner with it’s diverse activities including project marketing, town planning, valuation, property management plus residential and commercial sales, Daniel has developed excellent industry skills and a broad knowledge base. His own high personal standards also reflect the company’s ideals and charter.
Despite attaining his full Real Estate licence, Daniel has continued to extend his professional development with industry and related courses.
Having grown up locally and through his active involvement with various sporting bodies, especially within the soccer fraternity, Daniel has also developed a vast network of friends and contacts.
Many fund raising events have benefited from Daniel’s professional and entertaining auctioneering skills.

Loretta has been employed by the MMJ group for over 10 years beginning her real estate career as property manager at our Dapto office and then progressing to her current position with MMJ Residential when the company was formed.
Loretta's main duties include overseeing the smooth running of the office, and completing all accounting duties within the company including paying all accounts and disbursing landlord funds at the end of each month. In addition Loretta also supervisors the Junior Property Managers and prides herself on being accessible to landlords and tenants at all times.

Kaitlin was employed in January 2007 as a trainee and is currently competing her studies to become a Licensed Real Estate agent, Kaitlin conducts inspections of the properties showing them to potential tenants and also completes annual inspections and provides a comprehensive report to the landlords. Kaitlin is our advertising wiz and as such maintains our website listings and ensures that all details are correct and up to date.

Katie joined our team in 2001 as part or our Project Marketing team and has gained a broad understanding of the Real Estate Industry through her various roles within the company.
Now promoted to the role of Marketing & Development Manager, Katie is responsible for all aspects of marketing Martin Morris & Jones. Katie also oversees the quality control and co-ordination of marketing campaigns for residential, commercial, investment and development properties.
Her fresh and imaginative mind and graphic design abilities are utilised in creating artwork for various marketing mediums. Her passion and enthusiasm shines in the presentation of her work.

Nicole now plays an important role in the sales, leasing & marketing of our Commercial & Industrial Property Division.

Rob Aubin is currently the Senior Valuer for the company and carries with him over 20 years Valuation and Property Consultancy experience. He began his valuation career with the State Bank in 1980 in Griffith, this role eventually lead him to Wollongong, where in 1984 he began his role at Martin Morris & Jones.
Rob has valuation extensive expertise in all forms of residential, commercial & retail properties and extends to a wide variety of real estate including irrigation, farms, intensive livestock farms, orchards, broad-acre farming and grazing properties. Over the past 13 years Rob has specialised in the valuation of all forms or interest in service stations and has consulted widely to the oil industry throughout NSW and the ACT.

Brendan began his career with L J Hooker in 1989 after completing his Bachelor of Business, he then progressed to Jack Albert Real Estate where he furthered his education by completing an Associate Diploma of Engineering (Building) Science.
In 1992 he joined the MMJ team and currently undertakes a diverse range of valuation types, mainly centred in the Illawarra, Kiama, Shoalhaven, Wingecarribee and Wollondilly areas. Brendan brings to the company 12 years of experience in valuations ranging from basic cottages to large commercial premises.
