Paying Your Rent

MMJ South offers a number of ways to pay rent. Please read through the following options carefully before making your decision.

At the time of signing your lease you will have receive a unique reference number. This reference number can also be found on the front page of your tenancy agreement.

It is imperative that whichever method you do choose to pay your rent that you use your reference number - as failure to do so may result in your rental payments not being allocated to you.

Direct Deposit

You can organise for rent to be paid automatically from your banking institution. You can do this by calling or visiting your bank or by setting up a reoccurring payment via internet banking.

BPAY

For BPAY payments, you can pay online or over the phone at participating institutions using the BPAY Biller Code and your reference number located on your lease agreement. BPAY payments will normally be credited to our account the following business day.

Internet Funds Transfer 

You may electronically transfer funds directly into the MMJ Residential Management Services Pty Ltd Trust Account into the following account:

• Account:  301 939 724  

Ensure your include your reference number

Please note: Osko payments are NOT accepted by our trust account and will often bounce

Centrepay

Centrepay is a bill paying service, free for Centrelink customers, through which deductions can be made from a customer’s payment directly to manage expenses such as accommodation – residential accommodation including rent, board and bond.
