We also assist in providing valuations for objections to rating and taxation valuations and for compulsory acquisition cases, as well as due diligence investigations for property investments and capital gains and GST issues.

As highly trained and experienced Certified Practising Valuers, we are members of the Australian Property Institute, and regularly undertake Continuing Professional Development courses through API to ensure that we are fully versed on the latest property trends and legislative requirements. We also strictly adhere to the API’s Code of Professional Conduct, Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct.

MMJ’s experienced valuers have been providing valuation services to global oil company Shell for over 30 years. We are highly familiar with the main commercial and residential markets in NSW & ACT with particular expertise in their base of the Illawarra, where MMJ is the benchmark for real estate valuation expertise. 

In August 2010 MMJ expanded its Valuation services to the ACT with the opening of its new office in Manuka, Canberra ACT.
