A strong belief in the adage ‘together we are stronger’ helped bring about a first in Real Estate practice in the Illawarra, if not the wider community, when three separate offices made the quantum leap to come together and form the new MMJ North office, located on the Princes Highway at Corrimal.Having all operated successful long term agencies, Roger Hughes and Greg Ellul with Troy Phipps all from Corrimal, plus Greg Truebody from Bulli have brought together over 170 years of combined experience plus 25 staff to form the largest agency in terms of sales staff and properties under management in the entire Illawarra region.Not a change taken lightly, the union with MMJ was perhaps the easier of the decisions. Long established as professional and progressive locally based franchise, MMJ add an extra string in the bow to our already successful management and sales operations. Offering expertise in Valuation and Town Planning plus a well respected team of directors and staff, this was a name we didn’t hesitate to hitch our wagon to.

While landlords have the peace of mind of still dealing with the same principals and staff they always have; our employees have a wider base of experience and support to draw upon.

As other offices downsize or disappear altogether MMJ North are taking the opportunity to grow an already successful group of offices, now under the one roof.
