LARGE OFFICE SPACE CLOSE TO MUSEUM STATION

A 28-level office block, completed in 1979. Major refurbishment, at a cost of $22 million, was carried out in 1995/96. Externally refurbished in 2010. The building is undergoing a major internal refurbishment in February 2013, at an estimated cost of $37.5m. The refurbishment is expected to be completed in late 2013.
