Katey Randall brings a multifaceted background to real estate, having worked across MMJ Wollongong’s Project Marketing and Commercial Sales departments in various roles before progressing to an operational leadership position in 2022. This broad experience has given her a strong understanding of the industry and the dynamics that drive both people and performance.
Before joining MMJ, Katey built her career in civil construction and plant hire, where she developed foundational skills in administration, accounts and finance, payroll, office management, and board reporting, all of which support her strength as our Operations Manager today.
Katey leads MMJ Wollongong’s Operations team, which comprises Accounts, Compliance and Training, HR, Administration, and Marketing. She brings together people, systems, and strategy to keep the business performing at its best. She believes good operations should make work feel easier, not harder, and that clear structure builds both confidence and connection. From compliance and HR to finance and communications, her focus is on enabling others to thrive.
Katey is currently completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Wollongong and has been recognised through multiple award nominations at local, state, and national levels, including winning the REINSW Operational Support category in 2023.
