Melody Reid is a Portfolio Executive in the Commercial Asset Management team at MMJ Real Estate, based in Wollongong, NSW. With many years of experience in the real estate industry, Melody specialises in managing industrial, commercial, and retail properties. Her real estate career began in 2006, and she has since gained expertise in sales, leasing, trust accounting, property management, and fire compliance.
Melody holds a Real Estate License Class 2 and a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. She is a member of REINSW and was named the winner of the REINSW 2023 Awards for Excellence Commercial Property Manager of the Year and was a finalist in the REIA 2024 National Awards for Excellence.
In her current role, she manages her property portfolio, fire compliance and provides support to her team. Melody enjoys helping her team and finds there is no such thing as a typical day in her role.
