During the property purchasing process he and his team were flexible throughout the 6 week settlement period to fit into our busy work schedules, organised essential maintenance swiftly in our new property within 24hrs and were considerate in the offer process by communicating clearly and openly. They were also respectful of the wishes of the vendor and prioritised this over their own interests as a business. It was pleasing to see and they certainly offered us quality service.
