On Wednesday, 3 June 2026, we became aware that certain information associated with our business has been referenced on a dark-web leak site of a cyber criminal organisation.
This incident does not affect our business operations, and we continue to serve our clients as normal with full confidence.
Based on our investigations to date, the incident has only impacted general enquiry information.
We are taking this incident very seriously.
After becoming aware of the cyber security incident involving our business, we immediately took steps to contain the incident and engaged cyber security advisors to commence an investigation.
We have been liaising with the Australian Government to respond to this criminal activity.
Our investigations are ongoing. There continues to be no evidence to suggest that client data has been impacted.
