MMJ Real Estate’s Wollongong office has claimed the title of Commercial Agency of the Year at the National Real Estate Institute of Australia’s (REIA) Awards for Excellence — the nation’s most prestigious event celebrating best-in-class real estate practice.

MMJ Real Estate continues to lead the way in supporting purpose-driven industries, with our Perth team proudly sponsoring the 2025 Early Childhood Learning and Development (ECLD) Conference. Held at Optus Stadium and attended by over 700 delegates, the event showcased MMJ’s strong commitment to the early education and care sector. Through meaningful engagement and direct industry involvement, the Perth team further strengthened our national expertise in childcare property services. This initiative highlights how MMJ’s active participation in sector-specific events helps us stay at the forefront of the market — delivering better outcomes for our clients and the communities they serve.
