The 15th Annual IWIB Businesswomen’s Awards!
Every year, the Illawarra Women's In Business (IWIB) celebrates the accomplishments of women in the local business community by hosting an awards ceremony.
At MMJ Wollongong, we are proud to have two of our own nominated for the IWIB awards in 2023. Natalie Allan, consultant Town Planner and Business Operations Manager, is nominated for the IWIB Innovative Business Woman Award of 2023. Gabriella Roccon, Town Planning Senior Administrator, is nominated for the IWIB Outstanding Employee Award of 2023.
Natalie has recently taken on the role of Business Operations Manager at MMJ Nowra. The decision to open an office in Nowra reflects MMJ Real Estate's ongoing commitment to expanding its footprint in key markets and providing unparalleled service to clients throughout Australia.Natalie is proud to be a member of the Kiama Business Chamber, Shoalhaven Business Chamber, the Shoalhaven Professional Business Association, the Urban Developers Institute of Australia - Shoalhaven Committee, and the Property Council Shoalhaven Taskforce.
Gabriella has a keen eye for detail, her honest, professional and proactive approach allows her to successfully build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients. She assumes responsibilities above and beyond her duties and has achieved success in several areas at MMJ Wollongong. Gabriella is extremely hard-working and dedicated to her role in the Town Planning and Advisory team and the company. Gabriella is the longest-standing administration assistant at MMJ. Gabriella has demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence and has consistently delivered tangible results that have contributed to the growth and success of the business
