Minimising disruption to our valued clients is a high priority for us, second only to the health and well-being of our people, clients and community. MMJ Real Estate is adapting to the evolving COVID-19 health crisis and remains open for business.
As a long-established, resilient local business, we are setup to work remotely, mitigating risks to staff and ensuring that we comply with social distancing advice. Accordingly, our office is now working on a rotating remote schedule.
Upon advice from the Government that open houses and auctions are to cease, all inspections will now be privately conducted with a restricted number of people at a time. On top of thorough hygiene practices, social distancing will also be adhered to whilst inspecting any property.
Our team has put a range of tools in place to continue to communicate and service our clients as best we can.
What does this mean for our clients?
It's business as usual for our clients who interact via phone and email. However, we'll be making a few adjustments to the way we communicate face-to-face. We'll be contacting you via phone more often and we will be utilising video conferencing platforms like Microsoft Teams & Zoom in place of in person meetings.
We want to reassure our clients that we will continue to do everything in our power to meet your needs over the coming months as the world adapts to this pandemic.

Private inspections can still be booked with your agent. Tenancy agreements can still be signed and you can still relocate as Real Estate is currently categorised as an essential service.
