Not only that, the first inspection after going live with the 'new look' saw 12 interested parties in comparison to the first inspection 84 days earlier which saw only 6 - that's double the interest through the door. 

7 days later, a contract was signed above the vendor expectations. The property achieved an improved offer of nearly 8 times what the furniture hire cost was.
