Over the last quarter, the Commercial Sales team at MMJ Wollongong have been working on overdrive with the successful marketing and sales of two distinct property portfolios, encompassing a diverse range of properties.

This had led into the first quarter of this year with the team remaining busy and experiencing an influx of stock, despite the current economic conditions.

Tim Jones

Tim began his real estate career in 2002 after finishing a successful television journalism career in Sydney. 2003 saw Tim move from Residential Management into his current role in Commercial Sales.  In 2009 he became Director of MMJ and in 2019 he became Managing Director, making him a third generation Managing Director of the Company, a feat he is extremely proud of.

More than 19 years of experience selling in Wollongong's Commercial/Industrial market place has constructed a knowledge that is second to none in the area. This knowledge and his drive towards achieving the best possible result for his vendors, has seen Tim consistently achieve outstanding Commercial/Industrial sales results for a number of years.

Tim is highly experienced in all aspects of the real estate industry and possesses the marketing and negotiation skills to obtain the optimum sales success on your behalf.

Travis Machan

Travis’s philosophy is that the real estate industry is about the people, not just the property. He has been able to achieve great results with a fresh approach to the industry.

This attitude and strong work ethic, together with a genuine passion for real estate, have been key factors in his desire to win clients for life.mak

Travis joined the MMJ team early 2010 and has bought a wealth of knowledge to create a commercial team unlike any other in the Illawarra. Travis is focused on providing solutions for his clients based on their goals and requirements.

Michael Farina

Michael started real estate in 2013 at the ambitious age of 20. Why? Because of an obsession for property with the dream of living in a place he can call his own one day.

Soon after he discovered the need for an equal and down to earth advisor among the established heavy weights of the real estate market.

A determination for breaking the mould of your typical agent and passion for wanting other people to achieve similar dreams. Combining this with a creative approach to marketing to match the uniqueness of the properties he represents.

Always up for the challenge, Michael is quick to adapt to the market and advise accordingly. He’s resourceful, proactive & humble. An upcomer.

Tahlia Pennimpede

Starting her career in Real Estate as a receptionist, Tahlia has a natural aptitude for making those around her feel comfortable and welcome, always making sure put a smile on people's faces.

With her top-tier dedication and enthusiasm, Tahlia transitioned to a Commercial Sales Assistant in early 2022. Working with the Commercial Sales team, Tahlia ensures our clients receive unwavering support and assistance. 

Carly Constantinou

An Illawarra local, Carly Constantinou is a licensed real estate agent and has enjoyed six years in the industry having worked in Sydney’s exclusive Eastern Suburbs before returning to Wollongong to join MMJ in early 2021.

Starting on reception, Carly quickly displayed her depth of knowledge and skills from her career in customer service and administration and is invaluable in her role as executive assistant providing secretarial support to the Commercial Sales team.
