MMJ appoints new Consultant Town Planner

Our Wollongong office is excited about the addition of Natalie Allan to the Town Planning & Advisory team.  Natalie has been appointed to accelerate the growing demand for MMJ's town planning services throughout Sydney, the Illawarra and surrounding regions.

"We've seen a large upswing in the demand for quality planning services, particularly in the Illawarra. With market interest and development confidence high, many out of town developers and investors are wanting to use an experienced local firm. On the back of this, our demand to provide these clients with professional services throughout Sydney metro and greater NSW is also growing dramatically. Having Natalie on board will allow us to expand our network resources and provide a more superior service to our client base. "  says Town Planning Director - Luke Rollinson.

Natalie has over 15 years’ experience in the development industry across real estate, property development, building design and planning disciplines. Natalie is an affiliate member of the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA).

An accomplished and integrity-driven project manager, Natalie offers over 5 years of experience in local government planning improvement projects with a focus on procedural transformation. She has worked on a wide range of ventures and gained extensive knowledge of Local Planning Policy and State Legislation in several Local Government Areas (LGA’s) throughout NSW. The Company’s core client base sees her work across broad range of development areas including land subdivision, industrial, commercial and residential.

At the forefront of what we do at MMJ, Natalie has a keen focus on seeing well considered design outcomes and highly functional urban spaces developed as a result of her input and passion as a consultant. Her skillset plays a pivotal role in our team, applying design knowledge from an architectural perspective whilst balancing crucial planning and procedural requirements as projects evolve. Being within a large multi-discipline real estate business, Natalie’s design experience and understanding of the inner workings of local government provide significant value to our client’s company wide.

Natalie takes pride in building and maintaining strong working relationships within the industry and with our key stakeholders. Her enthusiasm for assisting and promoting small business development outcomes for our real estate landlords and tenants is to be commended.
