Social Distancing + Viewing Property

Social Distancing + Viewing Property

"Private tours of homes instead of public open for inspections, bottles of hand sanitiser on entry, and warnings to vendors to lock away the toilet paper: welcome to buying real estate amid coronavirus."

says domain.com.au reporter Elizabether Redman.

At MMJ Real Estate, the safety and well-being of our clients, visitors, employees, contractors and our communities will remain our top priority and we encourage everyone to remain calm but cautious at this challenging time.

Despite the jitters about large gatherings, MMJ Real estate offices remain "Open for Business" and would like to remind our clients of many personal services we already offer that adhere to the social distancing required to slow the spread of the virus.

Our agents want to work with our clients to ensure they are comfortable continuing their real estate journey.

Buyers have access to a number of options when viewing property.

  1. Our open houses will still go ahead as scheduled with strict hygiene procedures in place. Viewers will be asked about their recent travels and will be required to use sanitiser upon entry and at all times to be respectful of others who are in attendance.
  2. Buyers who are not comfortable inspecting in a group situation can book a personal inspection. These will be limited to the availability of the agent and the home owner.
  3. A third option for those that are concerned about any personal contact can also view a property from the comfort and safety of their own home via a video call with the agent or where available can view our online 3D showcases. Look for the 3D Showcase icon on our listings.
