The redevelopment of the Gerringong Surf Life Saving Club was approved by Kiama Municipal Council at its meeting on 18 April 2023. The approval is subject to a deferred commencement consent to include access to public facilities within the site.
A new Housing and Productivity Contribution will be introduced on 1 October 2023 that affects most new development.
