Specialist Property Valuer & Consultant Phil Green takes a stake in the MMJ Family.

MMJ Real Estate Directors Nick & Gavin are pleased to announce that as of the July 1, one of our valued agents, Phil Green, has become an equity partner of the MMJ Canberra business.

Four years ago, Phil joined MMJ’s Canberra office from Jones Lang LaSalle to establish their property consultancy business, and early last year he took on the challenge to rebuild our valuation business. His hard work has substantially lifted the MMJ profile in the Canberra market, and his presence has improved the Canberra MMJ team inside and out. Phil has quickly proved that his experience and good reputation in the Canberra region is well deserved.

During his career, Phil has provided specialist independent advice to a broad range of clients across all facets of property. We welcome his broad experience in Valuations, Sales, Leasing and Property Management; as well as his successful record providing high-level strategic advice to Governments, Institutions and Private Developers/Owners.

Nick George and Gavin Obst in the Canberra office are thrilled to have such a remarkable person on board.

“Since joining MMJ, Phil focused on valuation and property consultancy and has established a strong team of industry professionals who represent a broad range of clients across all facets of property,”

“Phil is one of Canberra’s trusted property specialists and is a truly independent advisor.  His skills and can-do attitude are well sought after in the Canberra market.”

We’re looking forward to seeing how Phil’s contributions to MMJ and the Canberra community evolve in the future. Phil is bound to move from strength to strength within the MMJ family, producing valuable results and expert advice for his clients, co-workers and partners.
