As a founding partner of the boutique firm's first Victorian office, Allison has played a critical role in the growth and success of the company since its inception in 2015.Allison's appointment as Managing Director marks a significant milestone for the company - her appointment is a testament to the company's commitment to diversity and inclusivity, as well as her exceptional leadership skills and track record of success.

Under Allison's leadership, the Melbourne office has quadrupled in size since its inception, becoming a recognised leader in the boutique real estate sector. She has been instrumental in delivering national outcomes, including streamlining processes and applications, and initiating national connections for the Asset Management service line of the company.

Allison's deep understanding of the industry and her passion for the MMJ culture and family values make her the ideal candidate for the role of Managing Director. Her leadership will ensure that the company continues to grow and expand while maintaining its commitment to delivering outstanding service to its clients.
